At B-Town Luxury, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a flawless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase / order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories, fragrances, and innerwear
• Items purchased during discounted offers, clearance sales, or special promotions
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return / Exchange Process

• Submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
• You may ship the product back to us, or schedule a pickup if available in your location.
• Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be processed.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will receive store credit or the option to exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer).

Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof, and we will resolve it on priority.
